Parking Lot Striping and Restriping

Fresh, straight, correctly spaced stall lines change how a property reads. 1NSG Corp stripes and restripes parking lots across Miami-Dade, Broward, Palm Beach, the Treasure Coast, and the Florida Keys.

What we lay out

Standard and compact stalls, ADA accessible stalls and access aisles, fire lanes, loading zones, directional arrows, stop bars, crosswalks, numbering, and reserved or tenant stalls. If the lot is being reconfigured we can increase stall count within code where the geometry allows.

Prep is the job

Paint fails when it goes down on a dirty or damp surface. We clean the lot, remove loose material, let it dry, then apply traffic paint at proper thickness. On a resurfaced lot we let the asphalt cure before striping so the paint bonds instead of sitting on top of it.

Layout from scratch

On a new or fully resurfaced lot there are no lines to follow. We measure, chalk the layout, and walk it with you before any paint goes down, so the stall count and traffic flow are what you expected.

Send us the address and we will measure the lot and give you a written scope at no charge.

Frequently Asked Questions

How long before we can use the lot after striping?

Traffic paint needs dry surface and cure time. We phase the work so sections reopen as they cure rather than closing the whole property at once.

Can we get more stalls out of the same lot?

Sometimes. If the lot is being reconfigured we can increase stall count within code where the geometry allows. We measure and show you the layout before any paint goes down.

Why does prep matter so much for striping?

Paint fails when it goes down on a dirty or damp surface. We clean the lot, remove loose material, let it dry, then apply traffic paint at proper thickness. On a resurfaced lot we let the asphalt cure first so the paint bonds instead of sitting on top.
