Aluminum Storefront and Entrances

The entrance is the opening the public actually touches, and in South Florida it also has to hold up to wind load and salt. 1NSG Corp installs and repairs aluminum storefront across Miami-Dade, Broward, and the Keys.

What we install and repair

Aluminum storefront framing and entrances, narrow and medium stile doors, offset and center pivots, concealed and surface closers, panic devices, and glass replacement.

Impact and wind load

On the coast, an entrance is part of the building envelope. Miami-Dade and Broward approvals matter, and the assembly has to be tested for the pressure at your location. We use approved product and provide the documentation for the permit.

Doors that sag and drag

A storefront door that drags is almost never the door. It is the pivot, the threshold, or the frame racking. We fix what is actually wrong rather than planing the door.

Send a photo of the entrance and we will tell you what it needs.

Frequently Asked Questions

Our storefront door drags. Does it need replacing?

Usually not. A dragging storefront door is almost always the pivot, the threshold, or a racked frame, not the door itself. Planing the door hides the cause and it comes back.

Does our entrance need Miami Dade approved product?

If the entrance is part of the building envelope, the assembly has to be tested for the wind pressure at your location, and coastal jurisdictions require the approvals. We use approved product and provide documentation for the permit.

Can you replace just the glass?

Yes. We handle glass replacement in existing storefront framing, including tempered and impact rated glass where the opening requires it.

How quickly can a broken entrance be secured?

If an entrance is compromised after a break in or an impact, we can secure the opening the same day and return with the permanent repair, so the space is not left open while the glass or framing is on order.
