1NSG Blasting and Surface Prep is the specialty surface preparation division of 1NSG Corp. We provide mobile dustless and wet abrasive blasting for commercial, marine, industrial, automotive, and residential clients throughout South Florida, the Treasure Coast, and the Florida Keys.

What is dustless blasting

Dustless blasting introduces water at the nozzle along with the abrasive. The water knocks down the dust cloud of traditional dry sandblasting, cuts faster, and lets us work near occupied or sensitive areas with far less cleanup.

What is wet abrasive blasting

Wet abrasive blasting uses the same water assisted process to strip coatings, rust, and contaminants while controlling dust and heat. It works on metal, concrete, masonry, and fiberglass, and prepares surfaces properly for new coatings.
