Can you prepare properties for owners who are away?

Yes. Absentee, seasonal, and corporate owned properties are a large part of this work because nobody is on site to prepare them.

Very little that requires ordered material or permits. At that point we focus on securing openings and protecting what is already in place, which is why the real work belongs in the off season.
