Get the Unit Ready Fast
Tenant turnover is time-sensitive. Every day the unit sits empty costs money. We get in, assess the condition, handle the repairs and painting, and get the unit ready for the next tenant.
We work with individual landlords and property management companies. We can handle a single unit or multiple units in the same building. For recurring work, we can set up a standing arrangement so you have a contractor ready when a unit turns over.
Service visits start with a $75 diagnostic fee. If you approve the repair and we complete it, the $75 goes toward your invoice.
Unit Assessment
We walk the unit and document everything that needs attention before we start.
Drywall and Painting
Patch, prime, and repaint. We match existing colors or repaint the whole unit.
Door and Hardware Repair
Doors that stick, locks that do not work, and hardware that is broken or worn.
Fixture Repair
Minor repairs to faucets, fans, and fixtures. We coordinate licensed trades for anything beyond our scope.
Cleaning Coordination
We can coordinate a cleaning crew as part of the turnover process.
