What We Cover
Door closers, locksets, exit devices, hinges, thresholds, frames, and electrified hardware. We work on hollow metal assemblies, aluminum storefronts, and wood-framed commercial openings.
Most vendors replace the broken part and leave. We check everything in the opening because a failed closer usually means the door has been hitting the frame wrong for months. Fix one thing and miss the other and the problem comes back.

Hollow Metal Doors and Frames
Supply, install, and repair commercial hollow metal door and frame assemblies.
Door Closers and Exit Devices
Surface-mounted and concealed closers, panic hardware, and exit devices. ADA closing force adjustments.
Locksets and Access Hardware
Cylindrical and mortise locks, key control, and master keying.
Electrified Hardware
Magnetic locks and electric strikes. We coordinate access control wiring with licensed electricians.
Thresholds and Weatherstripping
Door bottom seals, thresholds, and perimeter weatherstripping.
